What We Offer

Three Things Every Restaurant Needs

Book one, two or all three. Each works on its own — and together, they work as one system.

01

Online presence & reservations

Guests look you up before they come. We make sure they find a menu that’s current, opening hours that are right — and a way to book a table or order straight away.

  • A fast website that works on every phone, with menu, allergens, hours and directions
  • Table reservations and online ordering with pickup times
  • New bookings and orders go straight to the kitchen
  • Your Google listing kept in step with your website
02

Payment solutions

Your guests pay the way they want to — at the counter, at the table or with their online order. We help you choose the right provider and connect it all.

  • TWINT, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Card terminals at the counter and payment built right into online ordering
  • A clear view of payments, payouts and fees
  • We compare established providers with you and set up the one that fits
03

Network & guest Wi-Fi

When the Wi-Fi drops, the card terminal stops and the kitchen misses orders. We build a network that holds up on a full Saturday night — and give your guests their own.

  • Stable coverage in the dining room, the kitchen and on the terrace
  • A separate guest network, kept apart from your till and office
  • Guests connect with one scan of the QR code on the table
  • Monitoring and help when something stops working
Why One Partner

One Call Instead of Four

Web agency, booking tool, payment provider, IT technician — or one team that knows how it all fits together.

  • One contact

No passing the buck between agency, provider and technician. You call us, we sort it out.

  • It works together

The website takes the booking, the payment goes through, the kitchen gets the order — without copying anything by hand.

  • Local & on site

We’re based in Bern — close enough to come by when something needs hands, not just a hotline.

How It Works

From First Chat to Full Service

  1. Get to know

We visit you and look at how your place runs — from the first booking to the last payment.

  2. Plan

You get a clear proposal: what we set up, what it costs and how long it takes.

  3. Set up

We install, connect and test everything — planned around your opening hours.

  4. Look after

One contact for questions, changes and updates, long after the launch.

Table reservations, a menu that’s always current and Wi-Fi that reaches every table.

  • Cafés & bars

Guest Wi-Fi with a QR code on every table, and paying by phone or card in seconds.

Pool bistros, festival stands and summer terraces — ready for the season, ordering and paying without queues.

Questions

Good to Know

Do I need all three services?

No. Many places start with one — a new website, online ordering or better Wi-Fi — and add the rest later. Everything is built to fit together when you do.

Can you work with what I already have?

Usually, yes. We look at your existing website, till and network first, and only replace what doesn’t work for you.

What does it cost?

That depends on your place and what you need. After a first conversation you get a clear proposal: what we set up, the one-off price and any monthly costs.

How long does it take?

We agree on a schedule in the proposal. Installation work is planned outside your opening hours, so service carries on as usual.

Which payment methods are possible?

TWINT, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay — online and at the counter, with the provider that suits your business best.

What about data protection?

We build with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) in mind: guest data only goes where it’s needed, and the guest Wi-Fi is kept separate from your business network.

Let’s talk about your place.

Tell us what you have and what bothers you — we’ll get back to you with ideas and a clear proposal.
